Since Connor hasn't captured any deviants other than Daniel (who knows nothing about Jericho), you cannot enter the Evidence Room. And since you haven't shot Chloe and asked Kamski about the Jericho location, Connor now has no way to locate Jericho. The ending cutscenes will start after Connor and Hank are debriefed.
