idk how to start the timer since the airship and the ready screen are moved so i started when i gain control of the character

mod note : I checked the Twixy02's run. His character started to move at 22'900, so we should add that time to your run, but you actually started to move at 1'550 on your run, so we'll remove that time.

that's why I did retime your run from 1m 40s 930ms to (1m 40s 930ms + 22s 900ms - 1s 550ms) = 2m 2s 280ms
