Builds are based on current world records for each category. These will be updated regularly(ish) as new improvements and builds come along.

Please note: Damage is not really an issue in NG+ as Paragon will usually provide enough damage to one-shot basically anything. Most builds attempt to get as much CDR, Attack Speed, and Resource Cost Reduction as possible depending on the class.
