So the item that makes you run faster...is faster. In fact, I am impressed that the Hearth Boots are within 20 seconds of the Spark Bangle. Although this category is more tolerable than unrestricted Any% since you get to use the Boots instead of the Bangle, it's still not a very enjoyable category, and I would encourage anybody who's interested in speedrunning this game to consider running Arcade Mode instead.
