In Chapter 4 "Golden Ridge", you may know there is a blue heart. The intended way to get to this heart is by using the white block to drop into the background to collect it, but this takes a while to do.
To get this heart without having to drop into the background, first climb the rightmost wall as high as you can, jump off it, dash up into the second 1x2 part of the ceiling, and then do a super wall jump (jump off the wall mid-updash) twice: once off of that 1x2 wall and then another time on the bottom corner of the part of ceiling you'll bump into along the way. This allows you to jump directly on the heart which restores your dash, so you can dash into it and collect it.
