This is a "memory card" for use on [the PS2 emulator PCSX2](https://pcsx2.net/), which is used for speedrunning the **Overdrive** version of the game. I personally played through the game to the point of unlocking every character and item so that you don't have to. This level of completion on a save is required for running ILs and essentially every full-game run that doesn't start from a fresh save.

To utilize the save, you'll first have to 'load' the memory card into one of PCSX2's memory card slots, then when you load the game up, you choose slot 1 or 2, whichever you have loaded it in, and the profile is aptly named 'Speedrun'.
