Speedrun Utils is a stripped down version of Judah's Speed Utils that is allowed for use in speedruns. It has a customisable frame limiter. This can be used in place of RivaTuner or other external framerate limiting tools.
Controls: ` to open GUI, O to set FPS to uncapped.
P to set FPS limit to 30. Installation is the same as Speed Utils. Just put the DLL into the plugins folder.
