I found out that if for the first time you enter the level, your spawn point is slightly shifted to the right, so in Level 46 you can spam when you enter it and you can skip the first part of the level.

I'm hopeful this works for some other levels.

It works in level 15 too. for level 40 if you can create extreme amounts of lag on your computer you can get a 1 second or lower time on it

(yes this is one month late lol) For all individual levels, entering level for the first time to get the boost is banned. So dont do that
