I'd like to bring Great Fairy% back into discussion. 
Essentially you just have to give all the great fairies the money they ask for. Subcategories for including or not including the Horse Fairy, and allowing rupee farming glitches like the royal guard gem duping or not.
Here is a route that I have confirmed works for no rupee glitch main fairies.
