Hi, I'd like to add a new category for the fastest Automation-BeamNG cars (yes it is reliant on a fast driver)

it'd follow a similar rules, but modified- Only unmodified Automation cars from the BeamNG repository vehicles are to be used.

Fine tuning vehicles with vanilla BeamNG settings ARE allowed for use in any of the time trials.

Mods, other than the base car, from the repository or any other 3rd party mods are NOT allowed.

All courses are to be completed with 1 lap.

Rolling starts are not permitted.

The in-game time displayed at the end of a mission after success is to be used as the submission time.

Competitive Scenario conditions are to be applied for time trials.

No environmental manipulation (e.g., gravity, wind, etc)

At least 1 tyre must remain over the track, or rumble strip at all times.

The mod car's link must be in the description of the submitted video, and the mod must remain available.

I want this for time trials, specifically the automation test track, and the drag strip.

I added on a few extra parts there at the end, for people to keep each other in check. Proving that these are real cars that were made.

I don't know my chances of getting this category added, but I'd really love it for content creation.

I changed a few things, but I realised that I'd want to not allow the use of mod bodies in automation.

The idea of the category is to have people with a level playing field, make somewhat realistic cars, then race them. I know being vague like this will bring on expoiters, so I'll take input from you guys for rules

I know this game is relatively dead, but do the moderators for this game not check here? I love this game still

We are more active in the discord than the forums. We discussed it over there and it turned out to not be a great idea.

nice, I like how I requested here, and then talked behind closed doors. I'll go make my own leader board, with blackjack and hookers..... in fact, forget the race.... But seriously, I care about community, so I'll try to facilitate what people want on my own, thanks for your consideration
