Why are only the runs from scallywag749 listed in the individual level leaderboard?

I had a second look and it seems, that by default only times with "Content Manager: Yes" are being displayed. Even though "Content Manager: Any" is selected.
What is the Content Manager anyway? Is that a leftover of the old leaderboard?
Content Manager is an alternative UI launcher application for AC, which many people these days prefer to use over the base AC launcher as it provides additional functionality over the base launcher
