Wow! What a run! We made a few small mistakes and had some RNG hiccups, but this was extremely solid! We aren't fully optimized yet (with the current strats), but we are seemingly getting close. I'm excited to see how much further we can take it.

The timing starts on the first frame that the screen flashes after you press start on the title screen. The timing stops on the first frame that the screen flashes after entering the final door. Frame counted to 10:25. (Thank you, 5upamayne!)
