28:17 with in-game timer; probably about 28:33 including door 0. I'm not sure why searchlights didn't spawn. Someone theorized that the PT rooms at 10:27 may have overriden the searchlights since they are hardcoded to spawn two rooms in a row, and I think that may be why I didn't get searchlights
