Please discuss/suggest mods that you would like to see in this speedrunning board.

Please keep note that we do not intend to stray too far from core vanilla gameplay. Suggestions for mods that heavily change gameplay will be "scrutinized" more heavily than their counterparts.

Suggesting mods I consider small QoL tweaks to the game, all of which barely change the gameplay.

The mods above make a experience very much like vanilla with QoL most people playing modded are familiar with. Now I personally a leaderboard just for these mods would be interesting if the speedruns themselves have the same goals as what's on the vanilla leaderboards right now, so here's some mods that do change the game more drastically but are potentially interesting changes to create a category for each:

• MoreCompany by notnotnotswipez (Speedruns with up to 32 player lobbies.)
• Explorations by sfDesat (Moon modpack, new moons to speedrun. Obviously theres dozens more out there than just the ones in this pack)
• LethalProgression by Stoneman (Stats leveling, speedrun to max a stat or all stats?)
• Brutal_Company_Plus by Nips (Hard mode)

What about suits / emotes mods? They certainly wouldn't provide any kind of advantage, and could make runs marginally more entertaining to watch. Here are a few I use regularly:

Also as a QOL mod, SellTracker by NutNutty could be nice.

WeatherMultipliers by Blorb could also be interesting, but I'd think runs would have to include a view of config settings to prove that they haven't been modified from the defaults.

The Mod list is not finished yet, if someone has a category/subcategory, or some mods he want to see on the Leaderboard he can always mention it here, even after the publication of the Leaderboard.

Can we have the vr mod for a vr category? It shouldn't be something that goes in with the rest of the mods because it has certain things to make it easier like grabbing stuff without looking at them, faster shovel swings I think, and other things like that, plus it's not accessible to most players.

I would like to suggest LethalVRM as a potential mod since it doesn't change any gameplay as far as I'm aware.
