would using the GeForce built in game filter to be able to see better during a blackout be allowed?

i do not know but lowering the roblox's graphism makes it a bit easier to see and there is no rule againsts lowering it

yeah, lowering roblox quality should be fine (2 bars is the best for seeing in blackouts)
