Obelisk at end of the first level takes 30 seconds to send me to the next
its a cutscene skip personally im on controller and X skips to next level im not sure what it is on kbm but mrglenor knows

No restart glitch category changed to Inbounds nrg
Now you aren't allowed to go through invisible walls. This change was implemented since removing only the restart glitch would be a pretty small change, so no oob now.
