The current world record for lowest score is 8, by jozi1123. He attempted many many runs, and the final board only has 2's and 4's. You can find evidence of this in the discord, which are linked on the main leaderboards.
I think thats recorded wr for death%. I've seen a screenshot of a score of 0 somewhere but it easily could have been faked
Yes, any screenshots with a score of 0 were very likely done with undos. The lowest score record of 8 by jozi1123 is verified because he did so on a website where undos are not possible.
