Dive into your turret as soon as you get contraband searched. The "No contraband detected" speech clip won't play, so you no longer need lightning reflexes to autopilot away; just mash the "A" key.
Ah of course, this is great. Just don't leave the turret too soon, or the first message will start playing again.
Minor update: this doesn't actually need a turret; it also works if you press F2/F3/F4 to look out of the window. That's good news for people with fat fingers (I found this one out by accident) and also good news for Tarsus enthusiasts.
If this works with chase camera you can autopilot without going back to cockpit view.
I just tried it - it does work with the chase camera (F8 view). I am not sure if this helps, but it is never bad to know things.
