Ok... Steam category was created by request. But by seeing Bosscat's comments and also considering Teru's idea the decision for Steam/PC is gonna be together with Arcade category. @Teru you can re-submit your run if u wanna do it.

Definitely speeding up/slowing down is not permitted for this game. Just play the game in Normal/Default mode without changing the video speed. I suggest you to check the top runs and you will realize that these runs were perfectly done in Normal mode.
