I don't think it should be this specific. Just use that strat at Beat the Game and NG+ category in the Glitch part since it's a glitch, not intended afterall.

I tried like 10 times doing the glitch in HCZ but either its frame perfect or very difficult to pull off since i didn't get the capsule in that zone.

CNZ and ICZ are confirmed places that the glitch works. It even works in LBZ, it's easier to get in on the other side of Eggman in his Ball Shooter form. Not sure if its possible to touch the Eggmobile to skip the boss entirely.
