## When did the game come out? 

Seterra goes back nearly three decades, and has had multiple re-releases through various platforms. The journey of Seterra began on December 31st, 1996, with the launch of its desktop app (and later a web-based version.) Seterra (Mobile App) was then released on December 31st, 2016. Finally, Seterra (GeoGuessr Version) was released on September 23rd, 2022. As we near December 31st, 2024, we celebrate **29 years** since Seterra's beginning, a remarkable achievement.
