But the game doesn't run at a constant frame rate. I mean, it looks like it, but it dips below 60 fps a lot. It's not a noticeable difference, but it does happen. You are getting too specific with the frame rate of a 10 year old mobile game that is played on different devices that have a different speed (not all phones run at the exact same speed, not even in a 10 year old mobile game). You only mentioned that ios runs at 60 fps, well guess what, android can run the game as well.
The decimals are milliseconds, which are absolutely possible at 60 fps. Plus they either grab the time from an on screen timer, or by watching the video and timing it.

Just saying, sometimes the apk mods hack the code to restore a save, which is not the best way. If it only modifies the game database (which is in assets/Data/water.db), then that's fine, because you don't have to worry about getting a virus.
There are subcategories in lost levels for each level pack in lost levels.

You cannot use sltstore, but sideloadly and trollstore work (I prefer trollstore).
Here's a restoration mod for where's my perry. It does not require an external obb, which is already really good. It has everything unlocked. The only other things that were modified are the cutscenes. The cutscenes are fixed. None of the levels are modified and nothing else is changed. This is probably the best version to play on.

I managed to install the ios version on my ipad (via sideloadly, altstore didn't work). The patched version didn't work though. It would just throw an error when trying to install (with sideloadly and altstore).
I just wanted to mention this because it's something that you might want to fix.
I can't install the ios app on my ipad through alstore. I haven't tried any other sideloaders though. I'm using an ipad pro, on ios 15.3.1. Does someone know how to install it?

Since some people can't pay for the full version, they can only play the demo, which is only the first 3 levels. If you could just add single level leaderboards, then that might also work.

do you mean, an apk download with everything unlocked? You're gonna have to find that yourself because I don't think speedrun.com allows piracy.
I want to do a speedrun of all the levels in the lost levels, but there's no category for it. Can you please add it?
@Kyody I saw that flashpoint actually has all the versions of flash in it, so technically you are using flash.
