I search up borderlands and I click on it to see runs and it wont load up and I try over and over and nothing can someone help me plz.

Like how would I get enough money for the Infinite weapons and enough flashes and enough ammo for the Stryker could someone give a strat or an easy guide?

I'm confused as I dont understand what this is cause I see it in every claire run and I dont know why they do this

I did a speedrun for re2 and got a WR time but I had Noir Mode ON and my run is still awaiting verification but would this run still count as I followed all the other rules and there is no rule against Noir Mode just DLC Content that provides any in game advantage which Noir does not provide any in game advantage
