@chriswft , for Flight, yes, this would be a simple and effective way to speedrun Flight, but I've found Flashpoint very stable, and will be speedrunning more flash games in the future, this is all around better in my opinion. It installs everything you need to without any troubles with installation and errors. On top of that, their discord is support/development friendly, so help would be easy, and if really having a bad problem, 400-600+ developers that contributed to Flashpoint can assist you.
[Edit] According to windowslatest.com , Flash isn't natively on any operating system anymore, only for users that have had flash before the EOL would be able to, meaning Flashpoint goes through their process of getting the Flash player to work.
It has components showing how to play Flight but also website changes/future changes, just wanted to put it out there if anyone wanted to share it with a friend and is a little complicated to explain etc. :D

Changes have been made to the individual levels and their distance changes.
- Can not exceed 200m when transitioning from Paris to Egypt
- Can not exceed 300m when transitioning from Egypt to South West Africa
- Can not exceed 400m when transitioning from South West Africa to Japan
All IL runs have been edited and will now move on with these rules. (:
@chriswft
To add on to @primavera , it's always helpful to check the "View Rules" tab when seeing a category when interested to speedrun. I am currently changing some rules to the IL's and I will make an announcement on the forum soon.
Thanks. (:
@chriswft
Hmm... You meant SWF as Software Flash I would assume? I would believe for it to be an emulated game, yes it is being on that Software Flash, but for the rest of the Flash gaming community it will be like that, and it is emulated, it was originally coded into a site using AFP, and now emulated through the flash program.
Usually anything through a program to show a game, in my opinion, can be called an emulator.
I'm down to hear any debates anyone has, that's just my belief and not a big deal when it comes to the run. :P
@LunaMitten , @chriswft , @wuchta , @RobotMania
I have recently posted a resource to a stable Flash emulator. It is currently in my opinion the best one, and has been in operation since 2017 with multiple stability and bug changes, and 70000-90000 archived flash games :D I apologize to confusion about running the game, I am making changes to the Flight site so it's more understandable by the community. (:
Thanks Vapo and VeryOriginal95! (:
Thanks Vapo and VeryOriginal95,
VeryOriginal95, does Lisa also have that coin bug with the warping? I've seen it used in LiquidWifi's 100% speedruns, and was wondering if it's not just Bart 2, and also if that's allowed at the time for ASM Speedruns. I will surely join the discord now.
Thanks!
^Title above, I feel as if it would be difficult to find a runner that could show their coins at the end of each level. Also playing in hit and run busts and if it's actually accurate for the amount I should have. Just would be useful for a few new/slightly new runners. (:
