So it basically requires mashing alt+enter and then at a precise timing entering photo mode and quitting out of photo modeto get the launch. The timing for photo mode is REALLY tight and precise to get it.

My only thing with this is either way you have to play the tutorial. It doesn't matter whether it is done in the menu or not so it either is a two minute time save that makes resets the worst thing in the world or the run doesn't really change. It doesn't matter to me either way

Make sure you hold forward when you zip off the point and don't do it too much though so you don't overshoot it

In case people were curious this game is backwards compatible on newer Xbox Consoles (XboxOne Series S/X). I HIGHLY recommend running this version because of these load comparisons between Xbox one and PS2

you can go in and retime them pretty easily. just add the time that would be added to the beginning and end of the run

The cutscene skip is only GCN viable

The struggle with level leaderboards is upgrades. You would have it all set up as NG+ for ILs instead of what you would have in a NMS run

That's where the Southern Gate Genocide run on the CE board is good

Those can be interesting runs for sure but to be honest they really are not all that different from the sections you do them as in any% so I struggle to make them official categories

The discord link on the side of the leaderboard is now updated. What are you refferring to with TLODR? the Discord to the side is all Lord of the Rings games I am not sure what TLODR is

You can also run any of the other categories on BCPS3 you are just at a disadvantage due to cutscenes. If you want to be competitive GCN is going to be the fastest version of the game

For the glitch to skip cutscenes that is a GCN exclusive as far as we know. You are free to run Isildur on BCPS3 if you so choose.

Normally I would not do this since it hasn't been the 21 days but I would like to request to be a moderator for the Lord of the Rings: War in the North. The main reason I am doing this is the moderators themselves have not been active on SRC for over a month and I have 4 runs needing to be verified. I want to get them verified ASAP since me and my co-op team submitted the run for marathons and would like to have updated times on the leaderboard. I have also made attempts to contact all three of the moderators in the last week and have had no response from any of them. If the decision is made to pass I understand but I just wanted to put this request out there.
