Not so much a question on the rules, but as far as if the game freezes mid run how should that be handled? Like should people just go back to menu and continue or a full reset? (Asking cause my game loves crashing on the travel screens)

I'd say either Isaac or Valeria are the best for the any% run, but Valeria is probably the best
