Muta getting a 4:00.038, breaking world record, with only a few hours after, XyXy getting the first ever Sub 4 run, with a time of 3:59.988.

I have a run that was 4:07.047, but the recording didn't start until about half a second into the run, when the timer started, can I still submit this run?
