If there's a category where only a partial amount of Korok seeds are going to be collected, I think 441 is probably the best number, as that's the amount required to unlock all the inventory slots available. Or round it up to 450 for an even amount.

I really like All Dungeons also requiring collection of the Master Sword, that's a good idea.
