Hey! I just bought a controller (not delivered yet) that has "Customized Turbo function (Windows only)" to start running. It is the 8Bitdo Sn30 Pro USB Gamepad. I've read that Turbo is (of course) banned in speedruns. Am I able to legitimately speedrun with this controller if i use an approved emulator?
