We can't edit videos since there are youtube links. You can edit your video yourself and submit it after or submit the full video but it'll not be edited. In both cases, we will time it correctly.

The loading part is from the "loading" pop-up at the bottom right just after pressing start to the "welcome to tutorial" pop-up.

Time without loads starts the first frame when "welcome to tutorial!" appears. It ends on "Tutorial complete" pop-up.

I know this thread is 1 year old but I have a question about that. You say that people who submit with ms are usually submitting an incorrect time. But what if I verified myself the exact time with a editing software? It is not possible to add it? I guess because you don't know who verified it and who didn't? And I guess it will be too tedious for you to verified every run to see ms?
