that is a segmented speedrun. those are far less popular nowadays so its rare to see leaderboards for them.

now splicing is segmenting a speedrun but passing it off as a normal one which is not allowed.

you could use some program to bind one of your controller buttons to a keyboard key and then set that key to be the split key

if you are a mod then its in the settings. otherwise ask the mods by dm or in the games forums
