What about coins?

I wouldn't include because in 3-1, there is a lot of coins and I don't think its possible to grab all of them.

Hello! I live in europe and have an original pal nes hardware. The pal smb2 game is a bit slower so it is a huge disadvantage. Why can't pal runs be submitted to any of the extended categories? It is alloved in SMB2 main category.
