What is the easiest Zelda game to play, and which one is easiest to speedrun?

Some of my Joy-Cons have drift and I want to buy a new controller and the Pro Controller is cheaper. Should I buy Joy-Cons or a Pro Controller?

Why does no one speedrun OoT on the WiiU? I want to know because I have a WiiU and a capture card and I want to try and speedrun a Zelda game. And if the WiiU Oot is bad, then what is a good game to run?
