A little late to the party, but to take what WhiteHat said a little further, the PRG0 cart WILL NOT have "Made in Japan" in the bottom left corner of the label. I have checked 2 of each version pictured and both the "Made in Japan" carts are PRG1, while the others are both PRG0.
