For mod Could we add No Shift lock% speedrun?

This Question is for Mod and super mod Why some people that speedrun can speedrun in map test? Like KubaZuczek Speedrun Blue moon in map test Relievedliberty Speedrun blue moon in map test too Why?? Plz ans me any mod and any super mod
