The old difficulty system has been replaced by ranks, this means no new runs may be valid without a difficulty (unless we count easy as rank 1, etc.) Can we update this?

Would a 4 player speedrun just be in the same coop category? Its own category? Has it been done? Would this be theoretically slower or faster than a 2 player run?
