Raleigh, NC, USAI have changed the rule to reflect the timing of the other bridge categories
Having a moderator per game isn't practical

I mean we know the basics of the rules for each category, but we typically have to check them for the specifics
They probably just misread the rule. None of us know the rules by heart.
You would need bazaar unlocked to do that right? Either way yes that would be disallowed.
Isn't the time still wrong as his timer says 9.31 (which is 9.310) but the run's time is 9.031?
That would be extremely RNG because of how unlikely it is that your end lobby has a dragon fight

If I had to make a guess on what happened, I would say his recording software pauses recording when a game is not focused (GameDVR for example used to do this). Since the game hadn't started yet they could just be looking at another program.

There are four options on this poll.
Option A: Leave as is. Runs before the given date were grandfathered in.
Option B: Remove only certain runs. Remove certain runs. This can be all top three runs without video evidence, or just WR, or any number of runs without video evidence.
Option C: Remove all runs. Remove all the runs using the hypixel stats website. (Note this is most of the runs on the board)
Option D. Hide all runs. Currently the runs that used the stats website are marked as EMU so we can identify them easier. We can hide EMU runs by default so the runs are still there but you have to enable EMU to see them.

On the note of faked runs using Hypixel stats site, I would like to follow speedrun.com's rules for handling suspected faked times.
"A run should be added it meets the burden of proof the game's community expects for the legitimacy of the run. It is neither 'innocent until proven guilty' nor 'guilty until proven innocent' With the information provided, does the community of the game feel that the run is legitimate, or does the community feel they need further proof? A run does not have to be proved to be cheated to not meet the burden of proof."
I would like the community to decide whether deleting all runs using the stats page is a good idea or not. I will make a follow up forum post later to cover this as I feel a rule change might be needed.
