Just kinda what the title says, are we able to have each part as a seperate subcategory in Any% or have all of them seperate as Misc. categories?

Just have it where you have to fully complete all of the respective Part's panels in any order.

1.2 is an update where an ending (Escape Ending) is gameplay oriented, like the Best Ending before it. Also you can skip the start cutscene after viewing it the first time. All the categories will be available for this version. Also supposedly, csgood has updated it to show what endings you've completed.

I will update the leaderboards momentarily to include the escape ending's update for 1.2. This thread will also be updated after new updates.

Am I allowed to use the mod which allows my avatar to look like Sans? It doesn't affect the gameplay at all, but I just wanted to check to see if it was okay.

This new version replaces the illusion ending from 1.0, as of now im currently unaware if the conditions for the new ending are the same or different to the illusion ending. The 1.1 version does not include major differences or alterations to the other endings, so 1.1 will be a new sub-category but will only be applied to the new ending that will be its own category.

1.0 will be placed on a google drive and will be shared as an old build in the resources section.

Fair enough for pointing that out, but I ask for that to be done because sometimes I've gotten runs where they haven't shown the start screen or the end screen and I can't assume blindly.

Also I will try that out, sounds bodacious.

If you aren't aware, a new patch version of The Nightmares at the Krusty Krab has been updated and ported over to the PC via itch.io. I have supplied the link in another forum and in the resources section already.

There has been a code issued for the Microsoft Store version of the game, which is the old Alpha version of the game.

In light of this, instead of deleting old runs, I will create a variable for the version that is being played on the run as the updated version has new features such as: -Hold Shift to run -2 new endings -Updated visuals -Updated FPS? and possibly more.

In 1.0, when you reach the "End" or the "You Died" screen, when you press the "retry" button, it sends you back to the end of the first cut-scene(when spongebob shoots the hash slinging slasher).

Some of the "cut-scene" endings in Alpha have been changed to interactive cut-scenes in 1.0(as of this edit, I'm only aware that Surreal has changed). Thus the timer will only be stopped after you completed that part. For example, in 1.0 the Surreal Ending is now an interactive ending, as you have to walk through the void.

The Plankton fight in The Best Ending remains the same, but you can move in the previous "unmovable cutscene" in the Chum Bucket and the boss fight is different both in audio and gameplay. The main differences are: -Exclusive M60 Machine gun for the boss fight -A boss theme -Plankton's mech looking visually different(also has a smaller hitbox)

The Escape Ending remains untouched, except that the spatula doesn't emit a bright yellow light and you have to touch the door of the bus to start the cut-scene instead of just touching the bus.

I will add more to this thread if I find anything else. But until then, have fun with the new version and happy speedrunning!

Times will now include milliseconds, as the category will have multiple contenders for WR. They'll just be more accurate.

Runs posted before this will be reverted to fit the milliseconds format.

This does NOT apply to other categories, please avoid the milliseconds and do it for the closest second.
