If you mean having multiple categories in one video it would probably be fine if you have a timestamp for when a specific category starts, that way the verifier wouldn't have to search the entire video for the run they need.

Eh doesn't seem very necessary, anything more than Any% and 100% for ILs is just kind of arbitrary; this just seems like a "half of Any%" category. You could still do it if you wanted to for practice, it just wouldn't be on src.

You have to use either a brand new file, or one that has 0 progress/levels beaten. It's the same as NSMB2.

While this does seem like an interesting idea, there would be a couple problems with it, such as what cheats would be allowed, as well as loads varying depending on if you use action replay, or 3ds Homebrew, etc. I think an "any%" could work out since it would be 2 minutes and we could time/subtract the loads, but other categories probably wouldn't.
