Hello Everyone!

Are there any rules clarifying what emulators are permitted to use for running this game? I've recorded a run played on VBA 1.7.2 and thought I'd ask before I submit it.

Also, I've seen the other threads but since they're a year old things might have changed and I wanted to be on the safe side.
