I would like it if both don't use timers to time runs that are inaccurate and
-
If the run seems timed accurate, do nothing (having to download and time every run is bullshit as the user should be capable)
-
If it's clearly timed wrong an amount not accurately measurable without downloading, download the video and time it not with a timer but with the frame length of the video (Craftain uses VSDC and I know it has that, idk about tac lol).
I hope they listen xd
Well without spawn-waiting you will be close to your partner so most assisted digs are useless unless you intentionally waste time and find a skip that's worth the time save (which isn't common tbh)
Bumping this to the top since it's gonna be more important now x3
It's in the guide, I think it's still stick-worth since noone reads the guide but at this point it's up to you
EDIT: I recommend waiting for the 30 day mark to unsticky / lock this thread
Also 12 digs is not good for leapless because we don't allow spawn waiting 🤔 (emotes turn into question marks lol)
Yeah when I heard that he was this guy with a changed name (GappledUHC) I realized that he's really just probably not a concern anymore (especially considering I do not remember the circumstances which led me to ban him I just remember we talked about it xd). Of the 3 he was THE person that would be likely unbanned, so this isn't too out there
I really hope they keep my sort of strict "No Banning" Policy (w/ rare exceptions)
Leapless was a dumb category as it was basically the same as Kitless except you use Digger as well or warp to the end without using leaps (which feels arbitrary considering that, to me at least, Kitless shouldn't exist either and only does as a compromise to issues regarding no leap categories). Although it may be up to the new mods, my thought is that "Keep it as a miscellaneous category on tac's leaderboard".
Let it be known that the category is on tac's unofficial leaderboard and I DID approve of making it pseudo-official (Accepted as official but not really official), so that would probably be a viable option
As tiggz have resigned and I would like to, I have asked and gotten successfully runners CraftainJulius and tac23tac23 added as moderators for Dragon Escape.
My plan is I will tell them what to do over the next week or so. tac will likely be more for verifying runs while Craftain will be more for doing mod decision making (Although he'll probably verify runs too since tac is awake at fucking midnight). Within the next couple weeks I will be quitting myself, and I probably will not be coming back.
Do not complain about these choices as these are the two people in the community I trust the most (ButWhyMrManFTW I'm looking at you). If you seriously have a complaint with one of the mods, complain to Izraill (but it needs to be REALLY serious and not just based on opinion of the people)
Except it moves the beacon back (unless it doesn't)
Seeing how small the change is I might just not change anything and leave it as is like we did the last update, if need absolutely be we'll probably just add .2 to all runs before the update
As of now they will be only for leap and disruptor unless it can be shown as significant in other categories (which I doubt)
On the leaderboard it is now: tac has Leap E; Thunder has Leap NE; Maax has Dis E; tac has Dis NE
Alright so I did investigation and:
The exploit itself with optimal route (tac's route) is optimally about 3 seconds faster than exploit without optimal route (Craftain's route) and compared from tac and thunder's run it's like 5 seconds. Just the main exploit itself optimally saves around 2.5 (2 if you're a fucking god at no exploit route).
I guess I would say that it's worth seperation of categories, and therefore I guess I'm doing that
Also Craftain doesn't have the exploit in question so he would still have wr over you x3
EDIT: He does xd
