Lazy/disgruntled moderation is an issue I've had to deal with before. It's an issue that seems like should be rather easy to solve, but it never is in my experience. It always happens with these quiet boards, and sometimes it's a vicious cycle that repeats itself when interest in the game dwindles.

There's another moderator for the game, but they don't seem to have any runs and they haven't been on in a year.

Best thing to do is to see if another runner of the game is interested in moderating it and see if you can get him to pass the role to somewhere else. If he thinks the game is so irrelevant, then what's the issue with giving the mod role to someone else?

Well currently i'm a S tier Vlov with the best streak of 63 wins on ranked and i ve been playing since launch so im very active with the game 
I would like to improve the ways thing are handled here checking and approving runs faster and stimulating competition between our comunity. I have 6 world records separated between categories so its needless to say that im really engaged with this and i want to help
