I used some hacky stuff to play through inaccessible levels in the demo. I'd just prefer not to explain how I did that or what I saw, largely since it could be used to play through more levels without paying for the game, and also because it's still subject to be changed. Didn't mean to come across as vague as I did haha
It wasn't what I originally meant, but when I was thinking about it earlier today I agree with your interpretation that a completely separate board makes more sense. The PC version is effectively a different game, and from what I know that normally warrants a separate board. As for the 100% category, I won't say too much of what I know, but I have fair reason to believe that category would be redundant. I'll be happy to talk about this more once the game comes out, I should get notified if you make a thread on here so that's probably the best way to go about it.
From playing it, I agree that it seems far too different to be on the same leaderboard as the 3DS version. The dev has mentioned that there will be 4 endings for the game, so it's reasonable for those to be the 4 categories that the PC version gets. I think subcategories would be the best way to manage this, the Pikmin 1 leaderboards use them to differentiate between platforms if you want to see an example of it. Effectively this means that you can keep the original leaderboards for the 3DS version, while being able to add new leaderboards for the PC version under the same categories. The only issue with this approach is that you wouldn't be able to specify platform-specific rules, and would instead have to mention platform differences under game/category rules.
Of course, we should wait until the full game comes out before deciding too much X)

I'll submit runs for this when it comes out. Looks like the port cuts out load times entirely so I would assume it'll get a different board?
Adjusted your time going off of frames. Nice run!
Not sure if you know but the release build of the game is faster, the camera when you were on the hoverboard was glitched & you could shoot while riding it, letting you hit the elevator switch earlier than you did here, I reckon with that you could definitely get under 3:10
edit: added a guide on here for you to use if you want to downgrade
Why am I tagged on this
