I use the default Binds Arrows and Z. X. I wonder what other people uses.

I kept watching streamers/speedruners after getting the pollow power just being able to jump nonstop and I was thinking how they do it? Is there anyone who can support me? (I tried a lot looking for info in youtube google just could'nt find a way to do it) Someone can explain me the mechanics?
