Does anyone know why only some people's affiliate badges got transferred over, and if anyone is working on its implementation?

I think that regardless of how it is separated there will be one choice that is clearly the best in each subcategory and will render others inferior unless you separate every character into individual subcategories. I'm not saying it's a great idea to separate them all, but there will be characters that just won't be used unless you do that.
