(I'm trying to replicate the dream sequence at the beginning of the game)
Yeah, I'll most definitely do that if I can get a trusted source. I looked into gameventure.org but I wasn't sure if I could trust them with $2,000. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Can I get a link to SGL?
Also let me be clear on glitch use. The run should follow all key rules so no major glitches or bypassing locked doors with glitches.
Link dolls included, point bags I'll give a pass on because points can be obtained arbitrarily through drops and XP.
All skills to 8-8-8 is a must. I've contemplated about the keys, and out of respect for consistency, those are required, too.

On September 17, 2022 Slackanater did something amazing and uploaded his completion of Zelda II with no damage taken. Today, I'm calling in all the Heroes of Hyrule (Slackanator, Chromataclysm, do00d, or anyone up for the challenge) for the toughest Zelda II challenge, yet.
I want to see a MAX PERCENT, NO-DAMAGE run of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link to prove the existence of a TRUE warrior without equal. It's time for the Zelda fandom be put to the test!

Yeah so in Link's dream at the start of the game is of him getting blasted by Ganondorf with magic right? In this dream he has no sword, shield, or the goron bracelet. When the cut-scene actually happens in the game after Link obtains the three spiritual stones, the player is supposed to have at least the kokiri sword and the goron bracelet. I'm wondering how long a run would take to make that cut-scene reflect the dream sequence when it actually happens and what would need to happen?
I basically know nothing about OoT speed runs, but I'm curious... How long would it take to recreate Link's dream at the beginning where he has no sword, shield, or Goron bracelet when Ganondorf blasts him with magic?
