asking if proton is banned and if so, are linux runners excluded from the speedruning scene?

edit: I think proton doesn't modify ULTRAKILL's file so it should be fine

proton from what i remember could be considered illegal with how the rules are written but its been explicitly allowed as an exception

there's a good few linux runners out there, myself included, so you're good to go
