Would I be allowed to do a run of the game through a USB Loader on Wii?

i know you asked this 2.5 years ago but i figure that i might as well answer. (im the new mod for the game btw)

you can play the wii version with a usb loader, but it has to be submitted as an emu run (might change this later, currently rebuilding the categories)
