I think with how close the top 3 records are in any%, it's time to finally require milliseconds when submitting runs. Otherwise, runs, such as my own and Fan5364's, may end up being tied when one of the runs was actually faster than the other.

I know this was posted a while ago, but +1 to this. Its already a short run, so milliseconds make a lot of sense.
