It seems that wiping the save causes a glitch in which:

• Weapons are not upgradable
• The driving part of the heist is only a straight road
• Energy for power-ups is always full

Not sure why this is, but it's definitely useful for shaving off some time in Any%. I don't think it should be allowed for 100% since you can't upgrade weapons.

You can play with this glitch from start to finish like you would be doing in the any% speedrun, but after reaching 5 million you can refresh the website and the glitch will fix itself so you can buy all of the weapon upgrades again.
